11am – 6pm  
Actual delivery times are subjected to changes due to weather conditions, traffic conditions & any unexpected circumstances.
For JB area, we will hold promise to deliver within 2 working days.
For other area, we will hold promise to deliver within 4 working days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the delivery method，
RM10 per order for jb area zone
RM25 per order for outstation zone

For self-collect, you can choose to collect at our shop located at

Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you and a refund will be made in the event of product unavailability.

Weight
The weight state on the “Fresh/活杀” category is gross weight of the seafood.
Gross weight will be reduce after cleaning process as stated below,  
Crab : ±10%
Fish  : ± 20% 
Frog : ± 50%

Returns & Refunds
If there is any damaged & wrong item received, please provide us photo of item received and invoice.
